Refund policy

Changes to already confirmed reservations may be subject to a penalty fee. Time, destination or date changes on the day of pick-up/drop-off are not allowed.

Fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation, as outlined in this policy (see below). 
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
Refunds are usually processed to the credit card on which payment was made within approximately 14 business days.

In addition, all changes are subject to availability. 
We reserve the right to accept or reject changes to confirmed reservations.

Cancellations made up to 11 days in advance will receive a full refund, excluding remittance fees.

5 days (starting from 00:00) prior 50%
3 days (starting from 00:00) prior 80%

*The day the order is received is counted as Day 1 (Japan Standard Time).
